No. One Spotlight looks at various entertainers who've reached No. 1 on the charts. The creatives at Vh1 wanted a design that would mesh with a broad range of artists, allowing the show's identity to work with any genre of music.
Inspired by the Op Art movement, the composition uses simple, solid shapes and modest colors to give the opening and closing the desired flexibility.
